Leadship Longevity

The students enrolled in the RedCliff Ascent program are under the watchful eye of an experienced administrative leadership team that has co-existed and worked closely together for many years. The owners and founders of the company are still heavily involved in the day to day operation of the program. The strength of our program lies not only in our years of experience but in the character, integrity and longevity of the people involved. Most of the members of the leadership team have been recruited and promoted from within the company. This method of promotion has allowed RedCliff tremendous organizational stability, operational safety, and programmatic continuity. A program is only as good as the people who deliver the program content. Our leadership team is steeped in the tradition of delivering a life changing experience to the young people in our care.
