RedCliff Ascent is a proud member of the National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs.
RedCliff is licensed by the State of Utah to provide outdoor therapy for adolescents 13 to 18 years of age. Utah is the most regulated state in the country for wilderness programs, imposing stringent regulations and guidelines regarding both mental health treatment and operational safety. Over the years, RCA has participated in the development of the treatment regulations and standards in Utah. RedCliff is also one of the founding members of OBHIC, a wilderness coalition assembled to share ideas while raising the overall standard of wilderness treatment. RCA is also a member of NATSAP, NATWC, AEE, and UACARP, all of which organizations are striving to improve the treatment industry for troubled youth.
