Mail Communication

Parents are urged to communicate with their child via mail throughout the duration of the program. The treating therapist may have input as to who may or may not be appropriate parties for the students to correspond with during their stay. The therapist can also help parents with suggestions regarding the encouragement and support their child may need as they progress through the program. This communication is essential in that it helps re-establish the necessary relationships to move forward with the treatment process.

RedCliff will provide designated pre-addressed envelopes and all mail should arrive in these envelopes. All outgoing mail will be sent directly to the parents regardless of the addressee. Parents should ultimately decide what friends and associations are appropriate for communication.
