Pre-Enrollment Information

Parental input during the pre-admission process is critical. Redcliff enrollment forms contain important historical information, family profile, health questionnaires as well as consent for treatment and other legal documents. Prior assessments and evaluations are always helpful and welcomed. Accurate information will aid in helping the therapist diagnose and develop a viable treatment plan.

Beyond the requisite forms, RedCliff admissions personnel are ready and willing to help in the admissions process. Admissions counselors can help parents through the many clinical and logistical questions that arise during the admissions process, they can also help determine the appropriateness of placement at RedCliff Ascent.
