RedCliff Ascent is a proud member of the National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs.
One of the most valued assets of the wilderness as a treatment environment is isolation, ironically it is also the greatest liability. Because wilderness programs operate in the back-country, they require a certain level of administrative sophistication and logistical support in order to meet individual treatment needs and do it in a safe manner. RedCliff has spent the last 10 years developing procedures and protocols to ensure the highest degree of safety possible. Over the years we have encountered the unpredictability of mother-nature and a wide spectrum of dysfunctional behaviors that at-risk teens bring to the program. In response, we have designed our systems and procedures to not only meet and accommodate the needs of the present but to anticipate and prepare for the events of the future. Safety is the number one concern of most parents. It is also top priority to our organization. RedCliff has treated thousands of troubled teenagers and has a 10 year track record of operational safety. As a mature experienced organization, we dedicate substantial resources towards the training of our people to assure safe operations.
