Jordan began at RCA in 2002 and has worked almost continuously since that time, including extensive field experience and working as staff trainer. He is heavily invested in what we do at RCA and is amazed at the opportunities he’s had for personal growth here as well. The most significant factor in his longevity at RCA is being engaged in the process of helping others.
