Jim Salisbury, Dane Kay, Steve Petersen, Scott Petersen, the owners and founders of RedCliff Ascent have been working together as partners for 15 years. They began with a small 14 bed residential facility for troubled teenagers in 1989. For the first several years of operations, the four of them worked as counselors 24 hours a day-seven days a week. This experience of working with kids allowed them to create the program and organizational culture that was best aligned to help troubled teenagers.
